Thrombotic thrombocytopaenic purpura-haemolytic uraemic syndrome (TTP-HUS) in SLE was reported mainly in isolated case reports. The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical and pathological features, outcome and possible pathogenesis of TTP-HUS in patients with lupus nephritis.
