The impact of appropriate antimicrobial therapy and antimicrobial resistance on the outcome of bacteraemia due to Enterobacter spp. remains unclear. The aim of our study was to evaluate the effect of antimicrobial therapy in 377 consecutive episodes of Enterobacter bacteraemia.
