Dosage recommendations for fosfomycin are available for haemodialysed patients but there are no data for patients undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy. Therefore, the present study was designed to determine the concentration-versus-time profile of fosfomycin in continuous venovenous haemofiltration (CVVH).
