Our goals were to describe azithromycin (AZI) pharmacokinetics in maternal plasma (MP), fetal plasma (FP), and amniotic fluid (AF) following intra-amniotic infection (IAI) with Ureaplasma in pregnant rhesus monkeys and to explore concentration-response relationships.
