Zolone (A) was applied on 22 June. Zolone (B) and Pydrin were applied on 30 June. Zolone (C) was applied on 13 July, peak codling moth flight occurred on 30 June. All materials were applied by a hand-gun from a Bean orchard sprayer at 200 lb/in2 at Tracy, Calif. Trees were sprayed until run off, which resulted in approximately 8 gal of spray per tree or approximately 320 gal/acre. Approximately 200 nuts were sampled per replication at harvest on 4 Oct. The design was a randomized block with five replications per treatment.
