Treatments were applied to single tree plots replicated 5 times. An unsprayed buffer tree separated trees within and between rows. Sprays were applied dilute with a hand-gun at 250 psi, ca 4 gal/tree, using a John Bean sprayer on Jun 1. Water pH was 5.8. Twenty fruit were examined at random around the canopy of each sample tree at various times before and after spraying. A 1 cm2 area was examined on each of 2 shaded sides per fruit. The combined 2 cm2 count per fruit of motile CRM was recorded as 1 observation.
