A 1 yr old stand of Saranac AR at the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center at Wooster, OH was used for this study. Treatments were applied using a tractoi-mounted Myers hydraulic sprayer, calibrated to deliver 20 gpa at 20 psi. Plots were 30 x 60 ft and arranged in a randomized complete block design with 4 replicates. The alfalfa was 6 inches tall at treatment and 24 inches tall at the completion of the study. Cygon was the standard.
