The effects of Beelure (Helena Chemical Co.) on (1) the number of foraging bees, (2) the percent of bees with pollen, (3) the percent of bees foraging on non-floral foliage and, (4) the fruit set of the trees.were measured. All test were done at the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University Horticulture Research Farm in Blacksburg, Virginia.
