Insecticides were applied with a high clearance sprayer through 5 nozzles/row, dispensing 30 gallons/A at 60 psi. Treatments were initiated at first silk on Aug 16 and continued on Aug 21 and 26. At harvest maturity (Sep 1), 100 ears from the 2 center rows of each replicate were examined.
