A block of ‘Eastern Baldhead’ cabbage transplanted on Jul 5, 1978 by a grower (Robert Wiggin, St rat ham, NH) was utilized. Spray treatments were applied once a week for 7 weeks to 20-foot rows replicated four times and arranged in a randomized block design. A one gallon B & G hand sprayer pressurized to 40 psi with CO2 and delivering 25 gallons of spray per acre was utilized. All combination treatments were tank mixed. Evaluations were made by counting the number of worms on each of 5 plants per replication and by foliage injury ratings on Sep 14’78. Percent marketable heads was determined on Nov 14’78.
