Actellic at four rates and Sumithion (2 rates) were evaluated on the mesa at Yuma, AZ. Plots were 20 x 20 ft replicated 4 times in a randomized block design. Sprays were applied Mar 9 with a backpack CO2 sprayer at 40 gpa and 40 psi. Aphid counts were made by both sweep net and stem counts (stems placed in cannister charged with Ketone).
