Relatively low rates of test chemicals were tested in several individual field tests. Plot size ranged from 12 x 60 ft in hand treated tests to 5 - 10 acres in airplane and tractor applications. All plots were sampled with a standard 15 inch sweep net. Test population densities ranged from 6.0/sweep to 27.0/sweep. Treatment replications varied from 2 to 4 in individual tests.
