Two insecticides were evaluated for phytotoxicity on 19 species and cultivars of woody ornamental nursery crops in northeastern Ohio. Insecticides were applied June 1 and 2 under cloudy skies with ca 18°C temperatures. Each experimental rate was applied to 3 single plant replicates growing in field blocks. Compressed air sprayers were used to apply finished spray to runoff. Plants were examined 48 hours, 1 week, and 3 months after treatment.
