Three insecticides were evaluated for alfalfa weevil control in Menard County, Illinois during 1976. Plots were 20 × 40 ft and replicated 3 times in a randomized complete block design. Insecticides were applied April 22 with a “back-pack” CO2 pressurized sprayer. This system delivered 29 gal/acre at 40 psi.
