Treatments consisted of unreplicated blocks. Materials were applied by airblast sprayer in 103 gal/acre on 13 Jun, 27 Jun, 9 Jul, 21 Jul, 6 Aug, 20 Aug, 4 Sep and 18 Sep. One nozzle was offset and extended so as to apply ca 20% of the spray volume to the trunks and scaffold limbs. Evaluations involved examining 8 trees in each block for borers.
