Metabolic disturbances are common features of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which possibly enhance the risk of cardiovascular disease. The aim of this study was to assess the accuracy of lipid accumulation product (LAP) index as a marker of cardiovascular risk in PCOS patients.
