Although ICSI provides a way of treating azoospermic men, concern has been raised about the potential risk for transmission of genetic abnormalities to the offspring. We quantified the incidence of chromosomal abnormalities in epididymal and testicular sperm retrieved from azoospermic patients undergoing ICSI.
