Coronary atherosclerosis is occasionally found in the hearts of patients diagnosed with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDCM), who have undergone heart transplantation (HTx). This study investigates the pathology of coronary trees in IDCM patients and correlates the findings with risk factors for atherosclerosis.
