Anomalous left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) is a rare congenital anomaly that is often referred to as Bland–White–Garland syndrome in literature. In this case, a 44-year-old female with no significant past medical history presented with exertional dyspnoea and chest pain.
