Although homografts are often the preferred valve conduits for right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) reconstruction, data on long-term homograft-related outcomes, durability and impact on quality of life (QoL) are scarce. The aim of this study was therefore to describe the long-term homograft function, clinical outcomes and QoL after RVOT reconstruction.
