The management of patients with locally advanced thymic malignancies remains controversial. Differing combinations of surgical resection, chemotherapy and radiation are used in the management of initial and relapsed disease. Treatment-related toxicities and quality of life could inform therapeutic options. This study describes health utility scores (HUS) in survivors with locally advanced thymic malignancies and investigates the impact of multimodality regimens on HUS.
