A new type of computer systems interconnect is motivated and described, which allows any number of devices to interact concurrently, scales well with system size and has a low implementation cost. The architecture of a commercially available device from device which such interconnect can be constructed (the IMS C104) is described and an example of using such interconnect for communication between processors is given
