Data on the accuracy of conventional histomorphologic diagnosis are limited, especially in mucormycosis. We therefore investigated the accuracy of histomorphologic diagnosis of mucormycosis and aspergillosis, using immunohistochemistry (IHC) tests for mucormycosis and aspergillosis.
