The following 4 patients had clinical and radiographic findings suggestive of the same confirmatory diagnosis. Each patient presented with diarrhea and weight loss; none reported fever, chills, or night sweats. The laboratory workups revealed normal thyroid function tests, normal urinalysis, and negative initial stool studies for ova and parasites. Reference values for the pertinent laboratory tests were total protein 6.6–8.7 g/dL, albumin 3.5–5.5 g/dL, globulin 1.5–3.5 g/dL, and potassium 3.5–5.0 mmol/L. Images of the small-bowel follow-through (SBFT) studies are presented for each patient.
