A 72-year old man presented with recurrent attacks of melaena and severe anemia Oeesophago-Gastro-Duodenoscopy and Colonoscopy were normal. A contrast enhanced abdominal computed tomography scan showed extravasation of contrast medium in the left abdomen. Ongoing bleeding necessitated surgical intervention. At surgery a 1.5☓2.0cm lesion in the proximal jejunum, 10cm distal to the Treitz ligament was found. What is the diagnosis?
