We present a system, QPACA (Quantitative Pathway Analysis in Cancer) for analysis of biological data in the context of pathways. QPACA supports data visualization and both fine- and coarse-grained specifications, but, more importantly, addresses the problems of pathway recognition and pathway augmentation.
