Hybrid Canola seed was obtained from Zeneca Seeds, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Gustafson, Inc. Piano, TX, treated two portions of the seed each with a different rate of Gaucho 480F. Granular Furadan 10CR and Counter 5G were mixed with the seed prior to planting. Plots were 5 ft X 20 ft, were arranged in a RCB design replicated 4 times. Plots were planted on 24 May.
