Trials were conducted on potted nursery stock in 5 gal containers that were heavily infested with spider mites. Individual plots consisted of single plants, arranged in a RCB design with five replications. Treatments were applied with a CO2 compressed air sprayer to point of run-off on 26 Jul. A second application was made 15 Aug, however plant vigor was declining rapidly at this point with many plants nearly killed. All evaluations were made by taking 8 leaves (2 from each cardinal point), washing the mites off with 70% EtOH and counting them under magnification (70X).
