The experiment was established 27 Apr along a turfgrass sward in a highway median near Golden. Plots were 7-ft × 7-ft, arranged in a RCB with 4 replications. Sprays were applied in a liquid volume equivalent to 5 gal/1000 ft2. Evaluations were made 4 and 22 May using a D-Vac suction sampler, of 15-inch diameter, making 6 put-downs/plot.
