We show that the construction of Louveau and Veličkovič can be modified to obtain an embedding of ( [ ω ] ω , ⊂ ∗ ) ([\omega ]^\omega ,\subset ^*) into the preorder ( F σ -ideals , ≤ ) (F_\sigma \textit {-ideals},\le ) where ≤ \le is the relation of Borel reducibility.
