Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) for large stone burden can be problematic in patients with significant risk of bleeding complications, specifically thrombocytopenia. This report demonstrates effective correction of two patients' thrombocytopenia, subsequently leading to removal of large stone burden through PCNL.
