The results of measurements of electrical resistivity without a field and in magnetic field of 0.8 T in the temperature range 100 K < T < 450 K for compositionYb x Mn 1-x S with x = 0.05, 0.1 are presented. For the x = 0.05 the gigantic magnetoresistive effect at room temperature is found.
