All papers published in this volume of IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing. ▪ Type of peer review: Double-blind The reviewers (at least two for each paper) received the manuscript and a review report form, prepared for the conference, with certain questions and a field for comments. The authors, on the other side, received anonymous reviews with the following possible recommendations: Accepted without modifications/Accepted with minor corrections/major revisions/reject. The paper was revised by the authors accordingly and then final decision was taken by the editors. All Papers were checked for plagiarism using Turnitin. ▪ Conference submission management system : The papers were submitted to conference website, handled by the editors. The handling editor managed the correspondence between reviewers and authors. • Number of submissions received: 45 •Number of submissions sent for review: 45 •Number of submissions accepted: 34 •Acceptance Rate (Number of Submissions Accepted / Number of Submissions Received X 100): 75% •Average number of reviews per paper: 2 •Total number of reviewers involved: 90 ▪ Any additional info on review process : The papers were evaluated based on the technical criteria, quality criteria and presentation aspects. The referees argued the paper findings in details throughout their reviews and provided an overall evaluation based on a scoring criteria from 1 to 5.
