We develop a calculable analytic approach to marginal deformations in openstring field theory using wedge states with operator insertions. For marginaloperators with regular operator products, we construct analytic solutions toall orders in the deformation parameter. In particular, we construct an exacttime-dependent solution that describes D-brane decay and incorporates allalpha' corrections. For marginal operators with singular operator products, weconstruct solutions by regularizing the singularity and adding counterterms. Weexplicitly carry out the procedure to third order in the deformation parameter.Comment: 34 pages, LaTeX2e, 1 figure; v2: minor corrections, version published in JHE
