We study classical solutions of a low energy effective theory of a stringtheory with tachyons. With a certain ansatz, we obtain all possible solutionswhich are weakly coupled and weakly curved. We find, in addition to theinterpolating solutions studied in our previous paper, black hole solutions andsolutions including the geometry of a capped cylinder. Some possibleimplications of the solutions to closed string tachyon condensation arediscussed.Comment: 20 pages, minor chang
