We calculate the cross section of beauty production in electron-proton deepinelastic scattering at HERA collider in the framework of the kt-factorizationapproach. The unintegrated gluon distributions in a proton are obtained fromthe full CCFM, from unified BFKL-DGLAP evolution equations as well as from theKimber-Martin-Ryskin prescription. We investigate different production ratesand study the b-quark contribution to the inclusive proton structure functionF2(x,Q2) at small x and at moderate and high values of Q2. Our theoreticalresults are compared with the recent experimental data taken by the H1 and ZEUScollaborations. We demonstrate the importance of leading ln 1/x contributionsin description of the HERA data.Comment: 26 pages, 11 figures, 2 table
