We discuss the contribution of so-called semi-enhanced hard rescatteringcorrections to central exclusive diffractive Higgs production, pp -> p+H+p, atthe LHC. We present arguments to show that these corrections are small. Weconfirm these expectations by considering HERA data for leading neutronproduction.Comment: 12 pages, 2 figures 2 references added, typo corrected, version to be published in JHE
