We propose a scenario to obtain non-trivial Yukawa coupling matrices for thequark-lepton mass generation in supersymmetric intersecting D-brane models intype IIA T^6/Z_2 x Z_2 orientifold. As an example, an explicit model isconstructed in which all the four generations of quarks and leptons and twopairs of massless Higgs fields are composite. In this model non-trivial Yukawainteractions are obtained by the interplay between the string-level higherdimensional interactions among "preons" and the dynamics of the confinement of"preons".Comment: 4 pages, 1 figure, talk given at 12th International Conference on Supersymmetry and Unification of Fundamental Interactions (SUSY04), Tsukuba, Japan, June 17-23, 200
