We propose a scenario to obtain non-trivial Yukawa coupling matrices for thequark-lepton mass generation in supersymmetric intersecting D-brane models intype IIA T^6/Z_2 x Z_2 orientifold. As an example, an explicit model isconstructed in which all the four generations of quarks and leptons and twopairs of massless Higgs fields are composite.
