We construct the non-extreme solutions of non-orthogonal intersectingD-branes. The solutions reduce to non-extreme black holes upon the toroidalcompactification. We clarify the relation between two configurations with equalmass and charge, one of which is non-orthogonal intersecting D-branes and theother one is orthogonal D-branes, from supergravity and string theoryperspective. We also calculate mass and entropies for these black holes.Comment: 12 pages, 2 figures. v2:JHEP style, references added. v3:references adde
