Large SZ selected galaxy cluster surveys are beginning imminently. We comparethe dependence of the galaxy cluster angular power spectrum on cosmologicalparameters, different modeling assumptions and statistical observationalerrors. We quantify the degeneracies between theoretical assumptions such asthe mass function and cosmological parameters such as $\sigma_8$. We alsoidentify a rough scaling behavior of this angular power spectrum with$\sigma_8$ alone.Comment: Final version to appear in ApJ. Expanded the discussion on the degeneracy of sigma_8 and Omega_
