We have made a calculation of the flux of secondary antiprotons expected for the leaky box model and for the closed galaxy model of Peters and Westergaard. The p-bar/p ratio observed at several GeV is a factor of 4 higher than the prediction for the leaky box model but is consistent with that predicted for primary antiproton component is discussed.
