In the second line following Eq. ~7.5c! on p. 3129, ‘‘ l 2, l 3’’ should read ‘‘l 1, l 3.’’ ~iii ! The sixth entry for ‘‘Region II’’~second column ! in Table II ~p. 3130! should read ‘‘ l 25 j 12 i 25k22L ’’ instead of ‘‘l 25 j 12 j 25k22L ’’ ~i.e., j 2 should be replaced by i 2).
