I investigated the minimal B - L extended SM with classically conformal symmetry. The baryogenesis is realized thorough the resonant leptogenesis. I found that a fixed CP-phase can simultaneously reproduce all neutrino oscillation data and the observed baryon asymmetry in the present Universe.
