S>A positive-feed fluid pump with variable flow rate is described. The pump is designed to feed a nutrient solution to a continuously growing microbial culture. With a drivlng inotor geared to 1 rpm, the pump affords flow rates between 1.8 snd 7.0 ml/hr. Other ranges are obtained by charging drivtng motors. (A.C.)
