We present a fully object-oriented framework which provides the tools for track finding and fitting in a particle physics detector. The software is modular and extensible so that it can be applied to a wide range of detectors and can be finely tuned to optimize performance. We believe that this package can provide a common solution to the requirements of the Linear Collider simulation community.
