Left ventricular diastolic function in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy has been adequately studied. In contrast there are few studies concerning right ventricular diastolic function in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. We studied right ventricular diastolic function in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy using Doppler echocardiography.
