We report an experimental study of the interaction between sulfur intergranular segregation level and grain boundary structure of a nickel bicrystal Σ11. Furthermore, the influence of desulfidation treatment, performed on the thin foils, on the grain boundary cristallographic parameters and intergranular dislocations is analysed
