Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) KCNQ1OT1 was reported to be tightly associated with tumorigenesis and progression of multiple cancers. However, the expression and biological functions of KCNQ1OT1 in retinoblastoma (RB) are still unknown. We aim to elucidate the potential function and underlying mechanism of KCNQ1OT1 in regulating the progression of RB.
