In the present study, we aimed to investigate the effect of pulmonary arterial perfusion (PAP) with Histidine-tryptophan-ketoglutarate (HTK) on lung protection in infants with congenital heart disease (CHD) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).
