At this year's Annual General Meeting, Sir John Sulston, Sir Paul Nurse and Tim Hunt were put forward for election as Honorary Members of the Society. The resolutions were passed with great enthusiasm. A celebration dinner, at which the Honorary Members were each presented with a silver salver, was held recently in their honour.
